How we work:

As we offer a highly curated pre loved shopping experience, all pieces are handpicked to fit our stores vibe & what our customers love - in other words, we don’t just take anything & put it out to sell.

We consider quality, fabric, style & condition of each item. We are looking for nearly new mid-high end preloved items. Our buyers are experts at detecting imperfections & all items are thoroughly checked for stains, pilling & tears. Our customers expect the best & we want to deliver!

We offer 2 ways of sourcing our stock.

Exchange for store credit & consignment for our higher end labels.

Consignment-

We offer Consignment on high end/designer labels that have a resale value of $100 and above.

Example of labels that meet this resale price point incl Aje, Zimmermann, Shona Joy, Spell, Silk Laundry to name a few with RRP generally being $350+

Items will be out on the racks for up 8 weeks with the consignment a 50/50 split - GST

We have also just introduced consigning authentic designer bags, please fill out the ‘contact us’ form to enquire about this process.

Exchange-

Mid range labels may be exchanged for store credit depending on what we are looking for at the time.

Example of these labels incl Country Rd, KIVARI, Afends, TIGERLILY, Witchery, Dissh, Zulu and zephyr, Zara, Sass & Bide, etc

Requirements/Clothing Criteria-

We accept clothing & accessories based on quality,  condition & what we see selling in store. If your pieces match ALL of the criteria below, you’ll have a good chance of having your items accepted. Please limit pieces to no more than 10 items.

Items must meet the below requirements 

• Matches the current season styles (Summer, Winter, Transeasonal)

• Be no more than 2-3 years old

• Freshly laundered - we will steam/iron

• Great preloved condition 

• Womens clothing, shoes & accessories only please

Selling Information-

• All accepted clothing will be displayed on our racks for 4 weeks at full price & then may discounted for the final weeks based on our consideration. If unsold after this time, your clothing is required to be picked up within 14 days, otherwise it may be donated to a local charity store.

• Any items that are deemed not suitable for sale must be collected within 14 days of our processing date, our store does not have the space to hold excess amounts of unsellable stock. If items are not picked up within this time-frame they may be donated to a charity shop.

• We live by a mission of conscious shopping & clothing sustainability. Any items we can’t accept, we are happy to donate to our chosen supported charity Friends of the Pound to maintain & extend the life cycle of your clothes.
